5-Minute Avocado Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 avocado
1 banana
1 cup of milk (we recommend coconut milk)
1 scoop of protein powder (we recommend Naked Nutrition Natural Weight Gainer Protein Powder)
1 TBSP of chia or hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions
Add contents into a high-powered blender, blending until well-combined.
