Located on the ground floor and in the heart of the Water Street District, The Market at EDITION offers a lush, sophisticated vibe.
The Lightning cocktail, one of The Market’s most popular spritz is the perfect drink to cool off. Zingy, electrifying, but still fresh. Another favorite is the Market spritz. The strawberry-basil infused Aperol and Prosecco is sweet and refreshing. It pairs well with a dish on the more tangy, spicier side.
As a pasta fanatic, it was only right to order the spicy pork Rigatoni. Go big, or go home, right? (“Show me the pasta!” Jerry Maguire voice). Served with whipped ricotta, every bite takes you to a blissful foodie ascension. The pasta was delicious, and you could tell it was made fresh with premium ingredients.
We also tried the Truffles & Maitake Mushroom Pizza. A pleasant surprise! I’d highly recommend.
Dessert is a non-negotiable for me. Because what’s dinner without having something delectable afterwards? The Market’s twist on olive oil pound cake is simple, but surely admirable. The peach cobbler and cinnamon is a nice touch for the sweet, petite loaf.
The best word to describe the Market Edition is: posh. The upscale atmosphere is sure to please those in their soft living, aspirational eras (If you know you know, it’s a TikTok thing). The entire property is gorgeous. The entrance to The Edition alone is fabulous. The lush plants and neutral accents set the tone for a grand experience. Oh, and that illuminated stairway is bound to be an Instagrammable staple.
