After trying many options ranging from the tuna crispy rice to the spicy tuna nori, I have curated a list of must-haves to try at KOJO.
Yellowtail with Jalapeno — the house ponzu sauce and micro cilantro offers more than just presentation. I’d consider it the finishing touch for the melt-in-your-mouth yellowtail.
Spicy Wagyu Noodles — this is the perfect shareable dish for those who crave savory and sweet combinations. The grilled wagyu is served on top of a pool of glass potato noodles. Served with green onions, market vegetables and an in-house sweet & spicy gochujang sauce—every bite is blissful.
KOJO Roll — this roll features a tasty torched salmon, spicy tuna, spicy mayo, cucumber, and tempura bits. Need I say more? Makes for a great starter.
