KETO Smoothie with Avocado Recipe
It's time to go Keto—as in the Ketogenic diet! Or as many know as the high-fat, low-carb diet. Today I am sharing one of my new favorite smoothies that takes less than five minutes to make. I've been juicing for awhile, but I am now incorporating smoothies and shakes with natural protein elements to fuel my body. A great body starts in the kitchen.
Why is Keto beneficial?
It's heart-healthy, has been proven to reduce epileptic seizures, is all naturale, and is an anti-Cancer die. So, this smoothie is ideal for anyone wanting to challenge their health and nutrition by eating cleaner. This is a great alternative for a whey protein shakes. In case you did not know, whey is heavily processed, sometimes unbalanced and has hidden peptides and hormones that are a huge No-No for the tummy. Instead of drinking a protein shake or even overly caffeinated latte in the A.M., aim for a Keto smoothie. It's cheaper, and in the long run a million times better for your body.
