Cvi Che 105 Miami
Here are my recommendations for Miami’s Cvi Che, an award-winning Peruvian eatery known for their vast selection of creative and unique ceviches, among several other traditional dishes. 105 NE 3rd Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33132.
Drinks & Cocktails
The Moscow Mule and Mojito were refreshing and reviving for a heated Miami day.
Sushi
The sushi at Cvi Che 105 will surely tantalize your taste buds. The La Perricholi features mancora tuna served on a bed of crispy fried rice. The Acevichado 105 is mouthwatering heaven, bathed in Cvi Che’s signature acevichada sauce and togarash. Acevichada is both tangy and citrusy, matching the zesty notes and firey flavor of togarash. After all, togarash translates to ‘chili pepper’ in English. Both of these rolls are great for shareable table apps.
Entree
The Chaufa de Mariscos is a great introduction to Peruvian cuisine. This seafood dish can be described as a Chifa-infused (Chinese and Peruvian) stir fry. Sauteed shrimp, tenderized steak, scallops, and even octopus are added to this dish. Cooked in oyster sauce, the Chaufa de Mariscos tastes rich. This is a entree best shared. Oh, and you will have leftovers.
The Visionary Boss Verdict:
My visit to Cvi Che 105 was exciting. I got the tasty opportunity to dive into the unique, developed flares of Peruvian cuisine. The drinks were awesome, and I truly enjoyed everything we ordered. My tip is to request outdoor seating so you can enjoy the sunshine while you indulge.
