Tokyo Mule

ZukkuSan’s masterpiece cocktails are just what you need. My favorites have been their Ring of Fire Margarita and Tokyo Mule, (which I highly recommend if you’re into ginger beer). The Lychee Dragon (which features Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose Vodka) and the Coconut Mojito (Malibu Coconut rum, with coconut cream and fresh mint) are unique, exciting cocktails that will definitely light up your tastebuds. Lastly, the Cucumber Refreshing is as refreshing and energizing as it sounds.

Starters

Order a small plate of Crab Rangoon and Garlic Edamame, and watch your friends & family light up. Sharing is caring, so order up a side of Karaage Chicken or fried vegetable Spring Rolls to keep the party (the table) thriving.

In a soup mood? ZukkuSan’s Miso is a must try. It’s a perfect palate cleanser after sampling sushi, but hey, it’s a good starter to stimulate your appetite as well.

Sushi Rolls

Let me just say that ZukkuSan’s sushi rolls are impeccable. The flavor is phenomenal and fresh. This has to be some of the best sushi in the Wesley Chapel & Lutz area. Get your chopsticks ready for the Dancing Dragon roll (topped with spicy ahi tuna) and the Shrimp Volcano roll (topped with tempura shrimp, sweet eel sauce and spicy mayo). These are my go-to rolls because they’re both flavor bombs!

Sometimes, all you need is a simple roll. The Florida roll gets the job done. The delectable salmon goes well with cream cheese, and avocado. I call that the holy sushi trinity.

Get your chopsticks ready for the Torched Salmon roll. Oh c’mon. That’s over the top, in the best way.

ZukkuSan sushi is made fresh and does not disappoint in the flavor category. The rolls are beautifully presented and always Instagram-story worthy. The staff is consistent and professional.One of our favorite waiters, Tim is super knowledgeable and kind. You’ll love ZukkuSan for a local date night, or large outing with friends and family because the ambiance is high energy. The decor and overall vibe is modern, with lots of San Francisco influence. I can’t wait for my next visit.
